Welcome to Healthcare Services Group! For the last four decades, HCSG has been a trusted provider of housekeeping, laundry, dining, and clinical services. One of the ways we have been able to excel in the services we provide is through our dedicated employees. We are excited to have you as a part of our team and look forward to contributing to your professional development and success. Use this page to learn more about HCSG, what to expect on your first day in the Bensalem office, and resources for corporate employees.

Dress Code

HCSG has a ‘Dress for your Day’ policy. That means you can dress up or down, depending on your day and who you are meeting. Jeans are acceptable if they do not have rips, holes, etc. Sneakers/Casual Shoes are acceptable, too.

Unacceptable attire includes any gym/fitness/athleisure attire, oversized or tight/suggestive apparel.

When you plan to meet with a client, vendor, guest, etc., and overall want to ‘dress up,’ then defer to business casual attire.

Employees are representatives of HCSG and are expected to present a pleasant and professional appearance at all times. Clothing should be clean, hair should be clean and neatly groomed, and high standards of personal hygiene are to be maintained at all times. You should otherwise utilize good business judgment or consult your manager regarding appropriate attire and presentation.

The HUB was created with our employees in mind. It serves as a central location to learn more about what is happening around HCSG, view photos of your peers from around the country, explore new career opportunities within our company, quickly access your Pay Stubs and W2, and much more!
