Career Development

Manager-in-Training Program

HCSG takes the development and education of our associates very seriously. Our Manager-In-Training (MIT) program teaches prospective managers how to successfully manage partner accounts. Recognition awards are given to each participant at the completion of their training program.

Apprentice Program

The Leadership Empowerment Apprentice Program (LEAP) is the first healthcare
apprenticeship program registered with the Department of Labor. The 12-month program is uniquely designed to educate field-level employees on essential skills to prepare them for management opportunities within HCSG.

Anniversary Celebrations

The company-wide anniversary program focuses on honoring and celebrating the
dedicated service of our employees! The program recognizes anniversary milestones from 1 year, 3 years, 5 years & five-year increments thereafter. Anniversaries are displayed on the company intranet and are communicated with field managers.

Going Beyond Assistance Fund

A 501(c)(3) non-profit formed by HCSG to serve as a charitable employer-sponsored disaster relief organization to provide emergency, hardship, and disaster assistance to HCSG employees and their family members.

AM Survey Group

Account Manager (AM) Survey Group serves as a valuable tool for gathering feedback, insights, and opinions from employees within our organization.
