June: Fajita Grain Bowl

This month’s spotlight meal combines Central American flavor profiles to achieve a fresh, crisp take on grain bowls. Grain bowls are a popular way of creating an entree-style meal in various ways. This fajita grain bowl offers a wide variety of rice, vegetables, and oats and can be substituted with different proteins. The possibilities of mixing and trying different ingredients are endless!
