February: Shrimp Alfredo
We’re welcoming this holiday-packed month with a nice mix of seafood for Mardi Gras, greens for Leap Year, and a sweet, decadent dessert for Valentine’s Day. This meal includes a flavorful shrimp alfredo over a bed of penne pasta, with roasted asparagus tips topped with grated parmesan. To add some sweetness, a red velvet cake will be offered as a dessert.
Culinary Sampling: January
January introduced warm, cozy meals with fresh ingredients including soups, pasta, and hearty meat dishes.
