April: Picnic in Paris

This month offers a Parisian picnic-inspired featured meal. The meal includes a turkey and Swiss croissant, served alongside a niçoise salad tossed with a seasoned vinaigrette dressing. A double chocolate brownie and fresh berries will be offered for dessert. Bon appétit!

Culinary Sampling: March

March was filled with vibrant meals in celebration of the arrival of spring and various holidays. From classic bangers and mash for St. Patrick’s Day to mouth-watering sweet treats for Easter, HCSG dining teams crafted sensational dishes in March.
