Policy Updates

Dining Services Managers – 2026 updates to the Dining Policy & Procedure and Hospital Dining Policy & Procedure Manuals are available on the HUB. These documents can be found under the Dining tile in the Dining Manuals and Hospital Program Manual folders.

Environmental Services Managers – the NEW EVS Hospital Policy Manual is also available on the HUB under Training and Development in the EVS folder. If you have any questions regarding these documents, please reach out to policyteam@hcsgcorp.com.

April Monthly Standard Enrollments

Below are important updates regarding the HCSG training process and platform updates. The BAG App sync is complete.

State-Specific and Client-Specific Course Enrollments will begin in March and will be due at the end of the year. These enrollments are assigned based on facility state and MGMT-Code. Click here to view the enrollments.

Quick Tips

Learning path enrollees — Click the ‘learning path’ tab in your dashboard to see the full list of courses that will be assigned to you. Each course is assigned one at a time as you progress through the pathway.
LearnUpon accounts for new hires are usually available 1–2 days after the employee’s profile appears on the HUB.
The B.A.G. (Building at a Glance) App syncs daily from 6am – 7:15am EST . Please refrain from pulling reports during this time period.
REMEMBER: If more than one LearnUpon user is sharing the same computer, please log out of the previous user’s account and log in before starting your own training. LearnUpon accounts are linked to each employee’s personal EEID.
