Below are important updates regarding the HCSG training process and platform updates. The BAG App sync will be updated by 6/4.

New Cooks Training Videos on the HUB

Take a moment to watch the new Cook Training videos executed by our talented HCSG chefs! Log in to the HUB, click on the ‘Training and Development’ tile, and the ‘Cooks Training’ videos will be available to view.

State-Specific Enrollments

  • State-specific enrollments will be due by December 31, 2025.

NEW Course Formats Coming Soon

  • As the optimization project to reduce training times continues, the training team is introducing new course styles to help get learners in and out of courses as quickly as possible.
  • The first of these new styles contains a pre-test functionality. This game show-skinned course will allow users to complete an assessment filled with critical questions at the beginning, allowing them to “test out” for quicker completion. This assessment will be topic-based, so topics aced in the pre-test will be able to be skipped! Stay tuned for more updates.

LearnUpon UI Updates

Big changes are coming to LearnUpon’s user interface, creating a revamped and unrivaled experience that will help to deliver programs in a way that’s (even more!) engaging and learner-friendly. Click here to view information on the new features. 

Attention CDM Credential Holders!

More courses have been added that offer free continuing education credits to assist in maintaining CDMs. This information can be found in the ‘Continuing Education’ section under the dining tab in the Hub.

Quick Tips

Learning path enrollees — Click the ‘learning path’ tab in your dashboard to see the full list of courses that will be assigned to you. Each course is assigned one at a time as you progress through the pathway.
LearnUpon accounts for new hires are usually available 1–2 days after the employee’s profile appears on the HUB.
The B.A.G. (Building at a Glance) App syncs daily from 6am – 7:15am EST . Please refrain from pulling reports during this time period.
REMEMBER: If more than one LearnUpon user is sharing the same computer, please log out of the previous user’s account and log in before starting your own training. LearnUpon accounts are linked to each employee’s personal EEID.
