Nomination Criteria
Whether it’s a kind gesture that brightens a resident’s day, a fresh idea that makes operations smoother, or the consistent support of a teammate, Serving with Purpose honorees make every moment matter.
Nominees should demonstrate the following:
- People-Centered Service: They build genuine connections with residents, colleagues, and client partners, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful.
- Commitment to Going Beyond: They take the initiative to improve the daily experience, solve challenges, and create a positive environment for those they serve.
- Dedication to Service Excellence: They embody HCSG’s high standards by consistently delivering quality service and inspiring others to do the same.
- Heart for Serving: Their work reflects passion, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of others.
