Celebrating Extraordinary Team Members
National Nutrition Month
“Food Connects Us” was the theme for this year’s National Nutrition Month, providing an opportunity to honor our dining and clinical team members throughout the month, with special recognition on Registered Dietitian Nutritionists Day and Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered Day.


National Skilled Nursing Care Week
HCSG is proud to serve in thousands of skilled nursing communities across the country. During National Skilled Nursing Care Week, we celebrated the many ways staff members in facilities come together to elevate residents’ experiences.
Women of Distinction McKnight’s Event
Courtney Hall, Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, and Amber Pintar, National Director of Clinical Services and Nutrition Management, represented HCSG at this year’s McKnight’s Women of Distinction Forum & Awards. This annual event recognizes women making their marks in skilled nursing, senior living, and home care, inspiring others and having a powerful effect on the lives of the individuals they serve.


International Housekeeping Week
This weeklong celebration recognizes the incredible work our housekeeping, laundry, and campus maintenance teams accomplish daily and their tremendous impact on our client and resident communities.
Healthcare Foodservice Workers Week
Our dining teams were recognized for the passion and care they bring to every meal and every resident interaction. Celebration lunches, team bonding, and more made for a fun week!

Creating Memorable Dining Experiences
From executing exceptional catering events with creative menus to hosting thrilling chef competitions, the energy, passion, and talent of our culinary teams have flourished. These experiences not only elevated the dining experience for our client and resident communities but also reinforced our commitment to providing memorable moments for all.
New Tools & Continued Training
Streamlining Quality & Collaboration
Some of the best ideas at HCSG come from our field operators. The Quality Assurance Evaluation (QAE) tool began as a suggestion from team members and customers looking for a faster, simpler way to conduct audits and track quality. Listening closely to that feedback, our operations and technology teams collaborated to turn those ideas into an innovative solution that streamlines processes, strengthens partnerships, and enhances the customer experience.


Management Development Program
As part of our District Manager (DM) Development Program, the Capstone Experience hosted more than 200 DMs from across the country to enhance leadership skills and foster networking among peers and departmental leaders. The entire program is designed with Learning Journeys, allowing participants to cultivate essential leadership qualities and insights into key organizational systems, instilling confidence as they prepare for their roles.

Best of HCSG
Our third annual Best of HCSG Awards honored team members who consistently go beyond to build meaningful connections, deliver exceptional service, and create memorable experiences that leave a lasting impact on resident and client communities. Serving with Purpose
Our Employee Recognition Award was rebranded from the Going Beyond Award to the Serving with Purpose Award to align with our brand essence: People. Serving. Experience.
Serving with Purpose honors employees who intentionally go beyond their roles to create meaningful experiences and positively impact residents, clients, and fellow team members.
